Critical project tools such as project regulatory, quality or sustainability plan, project governance tools, adequate key performance indicators, and training materials simplifying all mentioned above must be created and presented to the execution team before the project initiation phase.

We created training materials "with and for" project execution teams, encompassing internal & external team members, and can support you in creating your team training materials.
